Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers should contact us directly at support@eztemplatepro.com and we will work to resolve any complaint.
Consumers in the European Union can find a list of national alternative dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately as downloads, that right is lost once supply has begun — but only where you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose it. We ask for that consent at checkout, before payment, by means of a tick box that must be ticked before an order can be placed. If you do not consent, do not complete the purchase.
This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, corrupted, materially misdescribed, or otherwise does not conform to its description. See our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Licence Agreement.
