These Terms govern your use of eztemplatepro.com (the "Site") and your purchase of EZTemplatePro products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Our products. EZTemplatePro sells professional Photoshop phone-case design templates as digital downloads. The templates are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, per-seat license to use the template(s) as described in our License at eztemplatepro.com/license. Each license includes one seat (one individual user) unless your order specifies more; additional seats are available separately. Ownership of the templates remains with EZFILEPRO, LLC.

2. Orders and payment. Prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Delivery and final sale. Products are delivered electronically as instant downloads after your order is confirmed. All sales are final once your download has been made available — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun, but only where you have given your express prior consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw. We ask for that consent at checkout, before payment, by means of a tick box that must be ticked before an order can be placed. If you do not wish to give that consent, do not complete the purchase.

If a file is defective or does not work as described, contact support@eztemplatepro.com and we will send a corrected or replacement file that works as described. If we cannot supply a working file, you are entitled to a refund. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content.

4. Acceptable use. You may use the templates to design and sell finished phone cases in unlimited quantities. Use is limited to the number of seats in your order, one individual per seat. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or upload the template files themselves, extract their assets to build competing template products, or remove embedded copyright information. 5. Intellectual property. All templates, Site content, branding, and related materials are the property of EZFILEPRO, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Disclaimers. The templates are provided to work as described in their product listings and documentation. Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided "as is" without other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZFILEPRO, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
