EZTemplatePro products are digital design templates delivered instantly as downloadable files.

All sales are final once your download has been made available. Because our products are delivered immediately and can be downloaded and kept, they cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or buyer's remorse.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun — but only where you have given your express prior consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw. We ask for that consent at checkout, before payment, by means of a tick box that must be ticked before an order can be placed. If you do not wish to give that consent, do not complete the purchase. Where you have given it and your download has been made available, the 14-day right no longer applies.

Defective or misdescribed files. If a template will not open, is corrupted, or does not match its stated specifications, email support@eztemplatepro.com and we will send a corrected or replacement file that works as described. If we cannot supply a working file, you are entitled to a refund. This applies regardless of any consent given above, and does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content — including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/770.
